The Factory

At you service is a 4000 square meters modern factory and a large staff of specialists. The mold-shop makes use of all latest mold design concepts, therefore we can source and mold any grade of material- from commodity grade plastics, to engineering, functional, and structural grade materials in a variety of colors and formulations. In addition, we use an in-house technology to fully control the entire mold-making process. By using engineering software programs such as UG NX7 for CAD and CAM; MoldFlow for flow simulation, we perform a fully detailed professional Mold-flow Analysis prior to the mold design. This analysis, along with additional QA procedures, allows us to ensure our customers' tool is sustainable for manufacturing. These procedures eliminate repair costs or the need for rework during the tooling process.
